Frustrated

Okay so I gave away all my money last night at the 1-2 NL table.

I certainly wouldn't say I "lost" money last night... actually, I won quite a bit. However, 2 hands as a dominating favorite getting sucked out on left me broke.

But we're not going to dwell on that.

So I took my last bit of money and dignity and bought my ass in to a $4 120-person SNG.

I finished 14th when I made a horrible mistake. I flopped top pair and got sucked out on.

I played for 3 hours and until that point had lost only 1 showdown. But of course I have to get involved in a pot with the stubborn chip leader and that ends my tourney. Out in 14th.

On a much happier note, I saw Wil Wheaton playing a $10 heads-up SNG. I really "geeked out" and I'm not ashamed:

BigHeeb91 [observer]: Hey Wil don't mean to distract you, but I really enjoyed Just a Geek
Wil Wheaton: That's really cool of you to say... thanks, man.

I was tempted to type, "good luck, wesley crusher!" but that would have been lame and he might have gotten upset at me. I wanted to, but I didn't.

And yes, I really did enjoy his book.

Oh yah... Although he was crippled early, and battled back as a severe short stack for about 10 minutes, he wasn't able to win.
