So I'm in step 4 feeling good. 3rd hand in dealt KK...cold decked. Now back to step 1, so demoralizing.

Ouch... that certainly hurts... You almost certainly will lose all your chips when you hold KK vs AA. However, some advice: I don't like your re-raise when the guy re-raised you PF. At that point, you have to put him on a BIG pair (AA - QQ) or the always overplayed AK. I think I call his re-raise and plan to put it all in on the flop so long as no ace falls. Now of course, with your flop, you're gonna put it all in on the flop, but remember that you really don't want to put all your chips in the middle PF with KK. I like to take the blinds or see the flop with that hand. Just too dangerous...
